Real Estate Appraisal
Brisbane Consulting Group now offers real estate appraisal services with the addition of Anthony P. Girasole, MAI to our team.
The real estate appraisal division’s experience is varied, encompassing all of New York State, and many different forms of real estate and ownership interests including vacant land, residences, commercial, industrial, and special purpose. These assignments have been for condemnation, financing, assessment, bankruptcy and expert witness testimony.
We have various data sources, plus an in-house customized system that includes comparable sales, rentals, and income/expense information for many different types of properties. This speeds up the appraisal process and insures reliability and consistency. We have the resources to collect, analyze and present various types of information for our clients' specific needs.
