Photo: MATTHEW A. MCDONALD Matt serves as senior manager with Brisbane Consulting Group in charge of the Technology Solutions Division. He has had extensive experience providing software and technology solutions in the nonprofit, government and manufacturing arenas. Matt works with clients to address issues in information systems and provide a suitable solution, these services focus on team building. Matt is active in the community serving on several boards including Diocese Pastoral Council Chair for the Eastern Erie Vicariate, Catholic Charities Parish Chair, 14 Holy Helpers Finance Committee and former president and current board member of CHIPS (Computer Hobbyist, Instructor and Programming Society).

Photo: VIRGINIA M. CHIASERA Gina is responsible for performing installations of MIP software, as well as the requisite client training. She spent over five years working in the tax department at Lumsden & McCormick, LLP and has over 20 years of experience providing general accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, commercial businesses and individuals. Her experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting is beneficial to her role. She is the main point of contact for MIP clients, handling trouble shooting calls and providing any additional needed support. Gina earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Business from Niagara University and an Associate of Science in Math and Science from Niagara County Community College.

OEHLER John was elected managing partner on January 1, 2007 and immediately assumed responsibility to advance the Firm's vision of excellence and commitment to quality, both within Brisbane Consulting Group, LLC as well as its parent company, Lumsden & McCormick, LLP CPAs. John's primary client focus is to oversee the delivery of services to nonprofit organizations. He has significant experience working with human service organizations, hospitals, health care providers, colleges, private schools, governmental agencies, foundations, federated appeal organizations, cultural institutions, cooperatives, historical sites, and employee benefit plans. Prior to his election as managing partner, John served as Director of the Firm's auditing and accounting department and has lectured on such topics as accounting pronouncements, taxation of nonprofit organizations, Medicare reimbursement, nonprofit governance and business practices, and executive compensation and benefits. John has authored a column titled "Nonprofit Management" which was periodically published in Business First. John became partner in 1979 and is a long-standing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants where he serves on the nonprofit accounting and finance committees. John currently serves the Buffalo Zoological Society as a board member and officer and has a long history of serving the Western New York community through board membership and community service

Photo: MATTHEW W. BARTLE Matt is the Director of Information Technology for the firm, and provides internal I.T. support. He is responsible for the equipment used for MIP training and demonstrations, as well as Microsoft SQL database support. He has been with the firm for over 9 years.

Photo: MARIA GAMBACORTA Maria serves as the Director of Marketing responsible for all media coverage, event planning, marketing facilitation, database management and overseeing all functions related to the promotion of Sage MIP Fund Accounting. She is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing and the Buffalo Niagara Event Professionals. She is past president of Working For Downtown and remains active as the editor of the Hotsheet and by serving on various committees. Maria is a graduate of Canisius College and has been with Brisbane Consulting Group since its inception in 1996.
